We know it can be a bit of extra work, but hand-washing the microsuede covers & liners in cold water and hanging dry will prevent any shrinking and keep the fabric in tip-top shape. If you’re going the machine-wash route, we recommend using a delicate cycle in cold water, and tumble-drying on low afterwards. For spot cleaning, use upholstery cleaner or soapy water as directed.

Repair Information

We hope you love your Figgy as much as we do. If you experience an issue or need a repair, please see below for more information. We don’t charge for repairs during the warranty period, but more complex repairs outside of the warranty may be subject to a small repair fee. We do everything we can to get your Figgy back in play as quickly as possible!

Ways to repair:

 

 

  • Local repair at an alterations/tailor shop
  • Sending back to the Figgy factory for repair

Local Repair: Please email your order number and a picture to figgpaly@vip.store. We will confirm you are within your warranty period and that the item is able to be repaired. Once verified, we will cover the itemized cost to repair the Figgy at a local alterations/tailor. Upon completion, please email us an itemized receipt and we will reimburse you via your original payment method within 5 business days of the claim being approved.

Figgy Factory: Please send an email with a picture to figgpaly@vip.store to confirm you are within your warranty and that the item is able to be repaired. If you are within your warranty period, we will email you a prepaid label so that you can ship your damaged piece(s) back to us. Your items will be repaired and returned to you at no cost. Repairs may take up to four (4) weeks to complete.

If your Figgy is out of warranty, we will give you a quote on the cost of the repair based on the photo(s) you provide. If you choose to send it to us, we ask that you pay to ship the damaged piece(s) to us so that we can repair it for you. You will not be charged for return shipping.

It’s our goal to try to make your Figgy look new using similar fabric and hardware. There are some times that we are unable to match the original materials. The color of the fabric and/or zipper used for the repair may not be an exact match, but we’ll do our best to find the closest match possible.

Is neoprene easy to clean?

Yes — one of the best things about neoprene is how low-maintenanceit is. Most dirt, dust, or light stains can be wiped away easily with a damp cloth and mild soap. Its smooth surface resists absorbing liquids, which helps it stay looking clean and fresh with minimal effort.

Do StrideOn shoes with neoprene or other materials provide arch support?

Yes, many StrideOn shoes, including those that may incorporate neoprene or other high-performance materials, are designed with ergonomic footbeds that offer excellent arch support. We understand the importance of proper foot alignment, especially for those who spend long hours on their feet or have specific comfort needs.
